VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature between 25° and 27 °C.
HARVEST DATE: Second half of September CELLARING: 4 years
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby-red colour. Rich and spicy, harmonious bouquet. Well balanced on the palate with supple and round tannins.
CULINARY SUGGESTIONS: Ideal with roasts and grilled meat, excellent with lamb and horseflesh. Good accompaniment also with hard cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C.
