VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification at a controlled temperature between 25° and 27 °C.

HARVEST DATE: Mid September CELLARING: 3-4 years ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

TASTING NOTES: Ruby-red colour. The bouquet is slightly spicy and fruity with notes of blackberries, blueberries and mulberries. The finish is rounded and fruity with well integrated tannins.

CULINARY SUGGESTIONS: Great wine for roasted or grilled meats. Excellent with grilled meats, game, hard and spicy cheese.
