Vinification: Maceration of 5-6 days in stainless steel tanks with the temperature not exceeding 28°
Maturation: In stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months
Notes: To the sight it is presented with an inviting light ruby red colour with violet reflexions; followed on the nose by a scent of wine, rich with small fruits of the forest notes.
The taste is dry, fresh with a light almondy finish.
Serving suggestions: Pasta and risotto with meat sauces, cured meat, meat stew and cheeses
