Colour: Bianco
Notes: Nice straw yellow colour with golden reflexions made shiny by light bubble; it preludes a sweet and fragrant scent, where hints of rose, honey, apple and pineapple alternate with vivid vegetable sensation of sage. The taste is stimulated by a fresh acidity and citrus, made strong by an elegant development from carbon dioxide
Serving suggestions: Desserts, also with a cream base, mixed berry tarts and small pastries
