A nice and lively dark ruby wine with purple nuances. Slightly spicy and redolent of cherry and red fruit. Full-bodied with a rich fruited taste. Satisfying in its youth it will repay patience with deep refined character.

Harvest: Hand harvest in boxes with the selection of grapes.
Removal of stems and crashing of grapes is done, then alcoholic fermentation occurs under controlled temperature of about 25-28 degrees Celsius, in contact with skins for 12-15 days with regular delastages and pouring offs. It is then drained after the post-fermentation maceration. Wine is left, during cold months, to ripen in stainless steel vats and then bottled at the end of March, without filtering in order to keep all of the freshness.
