A wine of not overly deep a red, which in some years is considered as not very intense.
Delicate, fruity and complex aroma that evolves after aging in barrels, with hints of goudron and vanilla. A wine with excellent structure, velvety and soft.

A wine that blends best with white and red meats. Combining with fresh cheeses always brings great satisfaction. It holds well after several years of aging.
Tips for use
Ideal serving temperature, 18 – 20 °C. A wine preferably served in a ballon with a wide
paunch and convex walls that focus the resulting aromas.
