This Bianco Spumante is made by blending quality glera grapes that were grown outside of the legally recognized areas for prosecco with the "over-production" of glera grapes from select prosecco producers. The result is a wine that is for all practical purposes is totally Prosecco!
However since it cannot be labeled as such it comes to market as a wonderful value.
Bright, crisp acidity with the characteristic peachy/flowery aromas of very good prosecco!
