The land for the production of Vermentino Micante in Casteani located in the village of the municipality of Gavorrano.
Produced from grapes Vermentino (90%) and Sauvignon (10%), from young vineyards of great quality.
The freshly harvested grapes are gently pressed, the juice so obtained undergoes a first static clarification and, later, start the fermentation at controlled temperature between 15-18 degrees.
Before being bottled, the wine aged for 5 months in stainless steel barrels.
A beautiful light yellow color with greenish hues.
Nose Intense and persistent, a fragrant wine with scents ranging from the exotic white fruit. Enveloping and velvety on the palate, soft, but perfectly in balance with freschezzadi good longevity in the bottle.
